The room was spacious and really cozy with a comfy bed and lots of pillows! The 50-inch TV was a hit with the kids, and the free snacks in the fridge felt like a nice little bonus. Plus, having a microwave made it super easy to warm up meals for the little ones.

The place is incredibly friendly, the staff are pleasant and accommodating.

the units are nicely remodeled, new-fashioned with young children to play and rain kids plus bedroom. the place has great location walk to the shops.

Had really nice stay for a personal visit. Got standard twin room with the bedroom, a microwave & toaster, for instance as expected. There were a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator too.

My 4 kids and I truly enjoyed being there, it's exceptionally friendly hotel. Exceptionally comfortable beds, the room itself was big and quiet. The bathrooms were nice. The service was helpful, including an efficient check-in. Besides, free parking in property was a real bonus.

There wasnt anything I didn't like the only suggestion would be to make sure that there is sufficiant condiments for the number of guests dont mean to be picky but it was fixed straight away by the lady and she was very easy to approach I went to her because there was 2 of us and there was only 3 coffee packets only enough for 1 coffee on arrival and nothing for later that night or for morning and there was no milk in the fridge if you could maybe check this before guests arrive would make things a bit easier so we dont have to bother the staff I was pleased with the friendliness and the courtesy they provided. It was no problem for them at all to give the coffee or milk the elder lady even went so far as giving me fresh milk for our coffee we were making then as well as some long life capsules. great work thank you.

This place had a compact, neat room with a hairdryer, walk-in shower, and bath sheets available, making it a marvelous and convenient location next to a large shopping mall.

Freezing Cold Bathroom Aircon difficult to operate

Really enjoyed the comfy bed and how easy it was to get around since it’s right on the main road. the outdoor BBQ facilities were a nice touch for relaxing with family after a long day. While the rooms could use a little updating, especially the shower curtains, it didn’t take away from the overall experience and the price was spot on. 😊.

Friendly service, affordable as just needed a bed for the night after a family reunion/birthday. Don't stop the service you went above and beyond!

Probably time for the bathrooms to be upgraded, but in doing so you would have to increase your tariff so it would be counter productive.
